I take the protection of your personal data seriously. Personal data is processed only within the framework of applicable law, in particular the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
2. Informational use of the website
When you visit this website for information only (without registering, emailing me or otherwise actively submitting data), I do not collect personal data beyond what the server may technically store in logs (e.g. IP address, time, requested page). This data is not used to create personal profiles.
3. Contact
If you contact me by email, the data you provide (email address, name, any additional details in the message) is used solely to handle your request. It is not shared with third parties. Data is deleted once the request is completed, unless legal retention obligations apply.
4. My apps: local processing
My apps generally process data locally on your device. Personal or device data is not transmitted to me for analytics or tracking. Optional cloud features (e.g. server recording in DanceTok Premium) store content only for the stated purpose and limited period; details are described in the respective app listing.
5. Payments
Payments (in-app purchases, paid downloads) are processed exclusively by the respective store operators (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.). I do not receive full payment details such as credit card numbers.
6. Sharing of data
Personal data is not shared with third parties unless you have expressly consented (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR) or a legal obligation requires it.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. Changes
I may update this privacy policy when the law or my offerings change. The current version is always available on this page.
