1. License
Eyüb Kutun (EKN APP) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the respective app under the applicable Apple or Google store terms.
2. Restrictions
You may not unlawfully copy, redistribute, decompile or use the app contrary to applicable law. For recording and directory apps, you remain responsible for respecting third-party rights and each platform’s terms of service.
3. Purchases & subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions (e.g. Premium Lite / Pro Premium) are billed through the respective app store. Duration, renewal and cancellation follow your Apple or Google account settings.
4. Updates
Features, content or technical components may be updated or changed to improve stability, security or product quality.
5. Warranty & liability
Apps are provided with reasonable care. Continuous availability of external platforms (e.g. streaming or shopping services) cannot be guaranteed. Liability follows applicable law; for slight negligence regarding non-essential obligations, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
